Again today I heard someone say I am no longer on a diet, but trying to eat well. The word diet bothers me because everyone in the world that is alive is on a diet. The definition of diet in nutrition is the sum of food consumed by a person or other organism. I am pretty sure we all eat, or we would die. That being said what you choose to eat can make or break your goals, but it should be a life change. If you go in and out of eating healthy it is very unhealthy for the body. Find balance in your "diet" and stick to that. If you want to make changes in your body simply make changes in your "diet". But everyone is on one. 

Take care of your body. It is your vessel, respect yourself. You take care of your car don't you?
